Compact 8-Inch Powered Subwoofer

The Focal SW8 Wireless 1200 Watt Home Audio Subwoofer is a compact powered subwoofer designed for home theatre and stereo systems. It suits listeners who want deep bass extension without allocating floor space for a large cabinet. Buyers who need multiple large drivers or ported enclosures for maximum SPL will need a different solution.

Digital Amplifier with Aluminium Cones

A digital power amplifier delivers high output and high efficiency while producing less heat than conventional analog designs. The active driver uses a black anodized aluminium cone for superior rigidity over paper cones. Dual anodized aluminium passive radiators add pistonic area, matching the output of a larger single driver. Compatibility with the OmniMount 30.0 ST-MP allows wall or ceiling mounting for flexible placement.

Wireless Kit and Cascading Outputs

The bundle includes a high-fidelity wireless transmitter and receiver kit for cable-free signal routing. LFE and stereo line-level inputs plus unbuffered stereo pass-through outputs let you cascade up to three additional subwoofers. A C5-A2 RJ-45 port supports optional CAT-5 wiring via a Niles CAT-5 Balun adapter for alternative installations.
