Questions about this item

Does the 11.4V 24WH lithium-ion cell run hot or draw extra power during all-day use?

The pack uses A-grade cells and an intelligent control chip rated for over 1000 cycles, so heat and power draw stay within normal laptop limits.

What must my ThinkPad already have for this 01AV423 battery to fit and work?

Your laptop must be a ThinkPad T470, T480, T570, T580, A475, A485, P51S, P52S or TP25 with the original battery connector matching part numbers 01AV422, 01AV423, 01AV424, 01AV452 or 01AV490.
