What the accordion file is and who it suits

This Forvencer accordion file organiser is a new plastic folder with five expanding pockets sized for letter and A4 sheets. It holds roughly 150 to 200 pages and closes with a snap to keep documents secure. Students, office workers and home users who want a lightweight, colour-coded way to sort loose papers will find it practical.

Practical limits of the pocket design

The folder expands to roughly 0.7 inches thick, so it cannot accommodate bulky binders or very large stacks beyond the stated sheet count. The snap closure relies on plastic tension; overstuffing may prevent it from fastening fully. Labels adhere to the pocket fronts and can be repositioned, but they are not designed for permanent archival marking.

What to check before ordering

Verify that your documents are letter (8.5 x 11 inches) or A4 size; larger formats will not fit. Confirm the jade colour matches your preferred coding system, as the range includes ten different shades. Ensure you have enough shelf or bag space for the 12.8 x 9.5 inch footprint when the folder is fully expanded.
