Questions about this item

What are the exact dimensions and mounting points needed to secure this 12.5-inch rugged tablet?

The tablet measures 12.5 inches diagonally and meets MIL-STD-810G and IP65 standards for rugged mounting. It includes a Kensington lock slot for physical security and optional VESA-compatible docks for vehicle or desk installation.

How is the optional 4G LTE module installed, and which step is commonly missed?

The 4G LTE module is a factory-configured option, not user-installable. The common mistake is assuming a SIM slot is accessible; it requires the dedicated GPS and mobile broadband configuration ordered at purchase.

Which components will need replacement over the life of this Windows 10 Pro tablet?

The 8 GB DDR4 memory and 1 TB SSD are soldered or sealed for rugged integrity and are not user-replaceable. The hot-swappable dual batteries are the only field-replaceable parts, rated for 1200 nits display operation.
