Complete In-Wall Home Theater System

The Acoustic Audio HD6c set delivers a seven-piece flush-mount surround configuration built around a dedicated center channel. Dual 6.5-inch woven fiber woofers and a 12mm soft dome tweeter cover a frequency response of 33Hz to 22 kHz at 98dB sensitivity. The passive design draws power directly from any compatible home audio receiver or amplifier.

Ideal for Permanent Multi-Room Installations

This system suits owners planning a whole-home audio layout where speakers disappear into drywall. The Pressure Lock Mounting System clamps tight without extra hardware, fitting a 19.21 by 7.4 inch cutout at 3.03 inch depth. Buyers who need wireless streaming, active amplification or portable speakers should look at different product categories.

Paintable Grilles and CL3 Wiring Support

Removable ABS grilles accept paint to match any décor while protecting the drivers. Spring-loaded raw wire terminals accept CL3-rated in-wall speaker cable for code-compliant runs. The manufacturer backs the set with a lifetime warranty against defects and a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Questions about this item

What amplifier power range is required to drive the 98dB sensitivity speakers?

Your receiver must deliver between 10 and 350 watts per channel into 8 ohms to match the speaker's power handling.

Will the 20.47" x 8.66" flush-mount frame cover the 19.21" x 7.4" cut-out left by my old in-wall speakers?

Yes, the overall dimensions are larger than the cut-out, so the new frame will fully conceal the existing opening.

How can I verify the 33Hz-22 kHz frequency response is performing correctly after installation?

Play a frequency sweep test tone and listen for smooth output down to the low bass and up to the high treble without audible gaps or distortion.
