Six-Pack In-Wall Center Channel

The Theater Solutions TSLCR5 set provides six flush-mount center-channel speakers for whole-home audio distribution. Each unit uses a traditional passive design that draws power from any home receiver or amplifier with raw speaker-wire outputs. The package suits installers who want consistent timbre across multiple rooms without buying separate models.

Pressure Lock Installation

A unique Pressure Lock Mounting System clamps each speaker to drywall with no separate hardware required. The rectangular cut-out must measure 16.25" x 7.5" with a 3.625" mounting depth, and the overall grille footprint is 17.625" x 8.75". Spring-loaded raw-wire terminals accept bare conductor only, so builders who prefer banana plugs or spade lugs will need a different connection method.

Dual 5.25" Woofer Headroom

Dual 5.25" woven-fiber woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and a pivoting PEI dome tweeter cover a 30 Hz to 20 kHz range at 92 dB sensitivity and 8-ohm impedance. The 2nd-order 12 dB per octave crossover blends the drivers smoothly. Amplifier power between 10 and 200 watts per channel is supported; systems demanding higher output or lower bass extension will exceed the speaker's comfortable limits.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the TSLCR5 is performing correctly after installation?

Play test tones or familiar program material and listen for clear dialogue and balanced output across the 30Hz-20 kHz range from the dual 5.25" woofers and pivoting PEI dome tweeters.

What does the 6-pack include and what must I supply?

The set contains six in-wall speakers with removable grilles and Pressure Lock mounting clamps; you must provide a home audio receiver or amplifier with raw speaker wire outputs rated 10-200 watts per channel and CL3-rated in-wall speaker cable.

Which version of the TSLCR5 should I choose for my wall cavity?

All units are identical; each requires a rectangular cut-out of 16.25" x 7.5" and a mounting depth of 3.625", so select the 6-pack only if your project needs six matching center-channel speakers.
