Spray Tip 0.015 Inch

The Graco LP515 spray tip is built for professional airless spray applications requiring a fine finish. It suits contractors and painters who need precise material control on detailed surfaces.

Pattern Width 10 to 12 Inches

The tip produces a 10 to 12 inch fan pattern at the 0.015 inch orifice size. This capacity handles light coatings and detail work comfortably but runs out on heavy-bodied materials that demand a larger opening.

Maximum Pressure 4050 PSI

The component is rated for 4050 psi maximum working pressure within a standard 7/8 inch thread interface. Operating beyond this limit risks seal failure and the reversible SmartTip mechanism will not clear blockages if pressure exceeds the design threshold.

Questions about this item

Will the 0.015 in tip and 10 in to 12 in pattern work with my existing Graco airless gun that uses a 7/8 in thread?

Yes, the tip has a 7/8 in thread and is made for Graco gun 246215, so it fits directly on that gun and gives a 10 in to 12 in fan.

How can I confirm the tip is performing correctly once installed?

Spray at up to 4050 psi and check for an even 10 in to 12 in fan with no tails; if the pattern stays uniform the tip is working as intended.

Does the package include the OneSeal tip seal or do I need to buy it separately?

The box includes one OneSeal tip seal, so no separate seal purchase is required for installation.
