Product Overview

This nine-pack of letter-size file folders is designed for students, office workers and home organisers who need colour-coded document storage. Each folder is made from durable plastic with a 1/3-cut tab for easy labelling.

Capacity and Durability

The folders measure 11.5 by 8.5 inches and expand to .5 inch thickness, holding up to 200 sheets per folder. Waterproof and fracture-proof plastic protects contents from spills and tearing during daily handling.

Upgrade Path

These replace standard paper manila folders that tear easily and offer no moisture resistance. The jump is worth it when you need colour-coded categories, expandable capacity and long-term durability for frequent filing.

Questions about this item

How do I set up the .5 in. expansion on the H037 folders?

Fold each folder along the two pre-scored creases on the sides to open the gusset to the full .5 in. depth; the step people miss is creasing both sides evenly so the folder sits flat in a drawer.

What part of the H037 folder will wear out first with daily handling?

The 1/3-cut plastic tabs and the scored expansion creases take the most stress; if a tab cracks or a crease splits, replace that individual folder — the pack contains nine so you can swap one without buying a new set.

At what fill level do the H037 folders start to bow or become hard to close?

The folders are rated for up to 200 sheets; beyond that the .5 in. gusset is fully extended and the cover will not latch cleanly, so treat 200 sheets as the practical limit.
