200 ml Hydrothermal Reactor for Lab Use

This 200 ml hydrothermal synthesis reactor is built for university teaching, research units and environmental engineering experiments. The KH series vessel handles acid or alkali digestion of heavy metals, pesticide residues, food, water, mud and rare earth samples under controlled temperature and pressure.

Check Oven Limits and Fill Level Before Use

Verify that your heating equipment can maintain a maximum of 240 °C and that ramp rates stay at or below 5 °C per minute for both heating and cooling. The safety pressure is rated at 3 Mpa and the kettle must never be filled beyond 80 % of its 200 ml capacity to avoid over-pressurisation.

Non-Magnetic Steel Shell with PTFE Liner

The outer body uses 0Cr18Ni9Ti non-magnetic stainless steel for structural strength and corrosion resistance. A Teflon inner lining provides double protection against aggressive chemicals while allowing the vessel to cool naturally to room temperature before the lid is opened.
