20L Essential Oil Extractor

The HNZXIB extractor uses steam distillation to process plant branches, flowers, grasses and animal materials with higher oil content. Its 20L effective tank volume suits small-batch laboratory or pilot production. One operator can manage the full cycle thanks to the automatic control system and open-top distillation basket design.

Check 110V supply and bench space

The unit requires a 110V single-phase connection for its 3KW electric heating system. Allow roughly one square metre of floor area for the main body and condenser assembly. Verify that your ventilation and drainage can handle steam condensate and heat-transfer oil vapour during extended runs.

Indirect heating to 100°C at normal pressure
