20L rotary evaporator turnkey system

The HNZXIB RE1020 is a complete laboratory rotary evaporator set built around a 20L main flask and a 10L recovery flask. It includes a motorised lifting evaporator, a DLSB-30/30 refrigerated circulating chiller and a five-port SHZ-C vacuum pump. The package targets chemistry labs that need high-volume solvent recovery in a single integrated kit.

220V 50Hz power and no-supply-plug requirement

Every module in the set operates on 220V 50Hz mains and ships without a fitted plug; the installer must provide an appropriate air-switch connection. The chiller reaches a no-load minimum of -32°C with a refrigeration capacity range of 3809-1801W and a 20L/min flow at 4-6m head. The vacuum pump delivers 80L/min flow, 8m lift and a maximum pressure of 0.098 MPa across five taps rated at 10L/min each.

Motorised lift and wooden-case delivery

The evaporator features an electric lift with a 0-190mm stroke for hands-free flask positioning, while the brushless 250W motor drives rotation from 20-130 RPM.
