50L Rotary Evaporator System

The HNZXIB R1050 is a 50 litre rotary evaporator supplied as a complete 220V set with a DLSB50-30 chiller and an SHZ-C(5) water circulating vacuum pump. It provides a rotating flask capacity of 50L and a receiving flask capacity of 20L for solvent recovery. A vertical double coil condenser with main and sub sections supports evaporation rates of at least 9L/h for water and 19L/h for alcohol. The stainless steel bath includes a silicone layer for insulation and anti-scalding protection.

Laboratories needing high-throughput distillation

This system suits facilities that require large batch processing with electric and manual lift options across a 180mm stroke. The LCD touch display simplifies parameter control during operation. It is not intended for users who only need small benchtop volumes or single flask capacities below 50L. Buyers without access to three phase 220-240V or 380V 60Hz power supplies should look at alternative equipment.

50L capacity with 20L collection headroom

The 50L rotating bottle comfortably handles large scale concentration and purification of temperature sensitive biologics. The 20L receiving bottle provides matching headroom for condensed solvent collection during extended runs. Evaporation capacity reaches at least 9L/h for water and 19L/h for alcohol under standard conditions. The 4kW total power draw at 220-240V defines the upper limit for continuous high rate operation.
