It serves R&D labs, teaching facilities, chemical and pharmaceutical production, food dehydration and electronic component drying. The cuboid chamber maximises usable volume while a high-strength explosion-proof glass door allows visual monitoring.

Installation and Sealing

The unit requires a 220V supply rated for 2800W input power. Positive latch handles with spring-loaded adjustment work with a one-piece synthetic silicon door seal to achieve a reliable vacuum seal; incorrect latch tension is the most common cause of leak failures. Inert gas can be introduced to prevent oxidation during cycles. Over-temperature protection triggers automatic audible and visual alarms for safety.

The oven operates from ambient temperature up to 200°C with a microcomputer temperature controller.
