Proprietary PTFE sealing components maintain a vacuum level of approximately -0.095MPa, which is the primary specification determining suitability for negative-pressure processes. A debris collecting trough is integrated to protect the seal. The reactor achieves a temperature range from room temperature up to 250°C using a water or oil heating bath.
