Two-Pack Lightning OTG Adapter

This two-pack supplies Lightning-to-USB-A female adapters for iPhone and iPad models that still use the Lightning port. Each dongle lets you connect standard USB peripherals directly to the mobile device. The set covers multiple devices or provides a spare for travel.

Bidirectional File Transfer at 20-30 MB/s

On iOS 13 and later the adapter enables two-way file transfers through the Files app, moving photos, videos and documents such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. Typical throughput reaches 20 to 30 MB/s, fast enough for quick offloads from USB flash drives or card readers. It cannot power high-draw devices such as external hard drives, printers or scanners.

Plug-and-Play Peripheral Support

The adapter works without extra apps and recognises keyboards, mice, USB headsets, microphones, MIDI keyboards, digital pianos and USB hubs. It is strictly for Lightning-equipped devices and will not fit USB-C iPads or iPhones. The lightweight 0.018 kg units add negligible bulk to a bag or pocket.

Questions about this item

Will the Lightning male connector on this adapter work with my iPhone 11 and iPad that both use Lightning ports?

Yes, the adapter is designed for Lightning connector devices including iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14 series and compatible iPad models with Lightning ports.

How can I confirm the adapter is transferring files at the expected 20 MB/S to 30 MB/S speed after I plug in a USB flash drive?

Open the Files app on iOS 13 or later, copy a large file to or from the USB flash drive, and observe the transfer progress; speeds in the 20–30 MB/S range indicate normal operation.

Does the 2-pack include any cables or power adapters, or do I only get the two Lightning-to-USB female dongles?

The package contains the two Lightning male to USB female adapters only; no extra cables or power adapters are included.
