Business Chromebook for mobile professionals

The HP Elite Dragonfly Chromebook is a 13.5-inch convertible laptop running Chrome OS. It targets business users who need a lightweight device with a touchscreen for presentations and tablet-style work. The slate blue chassis houses a deca-core Intel Core i5-1245U processor running at 3.3GHz with 12MB cache. Integrated Iris Xe graphics handle everyday visual tasks.

Memory fixed at purchase

Sixteen gigabytes of LPDDR4 memory are soldered to the board and the maximum supported capacity is also 16GB, so no upgrade is possible after purchase. The 256GB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive provides the primary storage and can be replaced if a larger drive is needed later. Zero available memory slots mean the RAM configuration must be correct at the point of sale.

256GB NVMe drive sets storage ceiling

The single specification that decides suitability is the 256GB PCIe NVMe SSD capacity. Users who work with large local media libraries, virtual machines or offline datasets will exceed this space quickly. Cloud-centric workflows and streaming-based applications fit comfortably within the provided storage. Buyers needing more local capacity should look for a model with a larger drive.
