15.6-inch FHD business laptop

The HP EliteBook 850 G5 delivers a 1920 x 1080 non-touch display in a silver chassis. It runs Windows 11 Pro on an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8350U quad-core processor with integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620. This configuration targets professionals who need a managed, vPro-capable device for office productivity and remote administration.

16 GB DDR4 memory and 128 GB SSD storage

Dual-channel 8 GB x 2 DDR4 modules provide 16 GB of system memory for multitasking across business applications. The 128 GB solid-state drive offers fast boot and load times but limited capacity for large local datasets. Users working with extensive media libraries or virtual machines will need external or cloud storage to supplement the internal drive.

Thunderbolt 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C and dock connector

A single USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port with Thunderbolt supports high-speed peripherals and video output alongside two Type-A ports, HDMI 1.4b and Gigabit Ethernet. The proprietary docking connector enables one-cable desk setups with compatible HP docks. Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi handle wireless connectivity while the 720p webcam supports video calls.
