Ready to use out of the box

The laptop arrives with Windows 11 Pro already configured and a charger included. Grade B cosmetic condition means visible scratches or shiny keys are present but all hardware functions normally. No internal assembly is required. The only common issue is buyer surprise at cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

Check ports and storage needs first

This unit provides two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB Type-A 5Gbps ports and one HDMI output. Wireless connectivity uses Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. The 256GB NVMe drive may need supplementing if you work with large local files. Verify the port selection matches your peripherals before ordering.

Questions about this item

Open Task Manager in Windows 11 Pro, select the Performance tab, and confirm the processor shows AMD Ryzen 7 7840U with a base speed of 3.3 GHz and 8 cores active.

The listing mentions a 16" display but the spec sheet says 14"; which screen size ships and what accessories are included?

The product name and primary specifications list a 16.0 inch WUXGA 1920 x 1200 non-touch panel; the box contains the laptop, a charger, and the installed battery only.

Should I choose the 256 GB NVMe configuration or look for a larger drive for Windows 11 Pro and local files?

The 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD holds the operating system and essential apps; if you store large media libraries or project files locally, plan to add a secondary drive or use cloud storage.
