HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF i7-8700 16 GB 256 GB + 1 TB SSD 24" Monitor

HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF i7-8700 Business Desktop

This HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF desktop pairs an Intel Core i7-8700 processor with 16 GB DDR4 memory and dual solid-state storage. The 256 GB M.2 drive holds the operating system while the 1 TB SSD provides additional capacity. A 24-inch IPS monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution, keyboard and mouse complete the Windows 11 Pro system for office deployment.

SFF Chassis Requires Internal Access For Upgrades

The small-form-factor case opens with a tool-less latch for memory or drive changes. Two DDR4 UDIMM slots support up to 32 GB total, so adding modules means removing the existing 16 GB stick. The M.2 slot and 2.5-inch bay are already occupied, limiting further storage expansion without replacing drives. A slimline DVD-ROM drive occupies the only external bay.

Verify Display And Peripheral Connections First

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives the included monitor through its available video outputs. Check that your network environment supports the USB wireless dongle for 5 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The system ships with USB keyboard and mouse, so no PS/2 ports are required. Ensure the 65 W processor thermal design fits your acoustic expectations for a compact business chassis.
