Verify switch model and rack depth

Confirm the switch is one of the supported 8360 models before ordering. The kit is designed for 12C, 24XF2C, 32Y4C, 48XT4C and 16Y2C variants and requires a standard four-post rack with sufficient depth for the duct assembly.

Replaces missing or damaged ducting

This kit replaces absent or broken air ducting that originally shipped with the switch. The upgrade is worth it when the original duct is lost, cracked or was never installed, restoring the intended front-to-rear cooling path.
