What it is

The HPE LaserJet P2015 is a monochrome laser printer bundled with a new generic toner cartridge. It prints up to 27 pages per minute at 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution and connects via USB. The unit has a 250-sheet input capacity and includes power and network cables.

Who it suits

Offices or home users needing reliable black-and-white document printing with a low-cost toner starter will find this bundle practical. Buyers who require colour output, wireless connectivity, or automatic duplex printing should consider other models.

Deciding specification

The single USB interface is the limiting factor; the printer cannot join a network directly without a host computer or print server. Confirm that your workflow only needs a local USB connection before purchasing.

Questions about this item

How do I install the included toner cartridge, and what step do people often miss?

Open the front cover, remove the protective tape from the new HP Q7553A cartridge, insert it until it clicks, then close the cover; the step most often missed is pulling the sealing tape completely off before installation.

Which consumables will need replacement after the initial 3000-page toner yield?

The HP Q7553A toner cartridge will need replacement after approximately 3000 pages; the bundle already includes refreshed pickup rollers, separation roller, transfer roller, fuser film and pressure roller.

At what page count does the paper tray require refilling during a long print run?

The input tray holds 250 sheets, so it will need refilling after every 250 pages printed.
