Adds eight 1G/10GbE SFP+ ports with MACsec encryption to compatible switches
This HPE Aruba module adds eight 1G or 10GbE SFP+ ports to a compatible zl2 chassis. It supports MACsec v3 encryption for link-level security. The unit is designed for network administrators expanding wired infrastructure in enterprise environments.
Each port accepts standard SFP+ transceivers for fibre or copper uplinks. MACsec v3 provides hardware-based encryption without host CPU overhead. The module installs directly into an available zl2 slot for immediate port density growth.

The module provides eight ports that each operate at either 1 GbE or 10 GbE through SFP+ transceivers, with MACsec encryption available on every port.
The zl2 form factor fits the dedicated expansion bays on HPE Aruba zl2-series switch chassis, securing with the standard captive screws on the module faceplate.
