Black 100 ft plenum cascade cable with 8-pin male connectors on both ends

HuddleCamHD

HuddleCamHD 100' 8-Pin Male to Male Cascade Cable network ethernet cable

SKU CH-NTQ4-JTAGR

100-foot plenum-rated 8-pin male-to-male cascade cable daisy-chains cameras for joystick or VISCA software control

  • 100 ft length spans large rooms or halls
  • 8-pin male-to-male connectors link cameras directly
  • Plenum-rated jacket meets fire-safety codes
  • Daisy-chain design enables multi-camera control
  • Black finish blends with AV installations

Purpose-built camera cascade cable

This 100 ft (30.48 m) plenum-rated cable links HuddleCamHD cameras in a daisy-chain so a single joystick or VISCA software instance controls every unit. It is made for integrators and AV teams who need reliable serial control runs in commercial ceilings.

Plug-and-play mini-DIN connection

Each end carries an 8-pin male mini-DIN that seats firmly without tools; the only common mistake is reversing the in/out ports on the camera rear panel. Plenum jacket meets building-code requirements for air-handling spaces, so no conduit is required in most drop-ceiling installs.

100 ft plenum-rated VISCA link

The 100 ft (30.48 m) length sets the maximum camera-to-camera span; runs beyond this need an active repeater or a shorter segment. Buyers who need longer single-cable runs or a different pin-out should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the 100' cascade cable is working after connecting my cameras?

Verify that a joystick or VISCA software controls each daisy-chained camera in sequence without signal drop.

What comes with the HuddleCamHD VISCA-100 and what must I buy separately?

The box contains the 100' plenum-rated 8-pin male-to-male cascade cable only; cameras, joystick and VISCA software are sold separately.

Which length of this cascade cable should I choose for my installation?

This model is the 100' (30.48 m) version; select it when the camera-to-camera run requires that full distance.
