Six-colour A4 document folders

This pack contains six transparent folders sized 13.2 x 9.2 inches to hold US Letter and A4 pages. Each folder is made from durable PP plastic and features a snap-button closure with an external label pocket. The assortment includes blue, green, yellow, purple, rose and orange for quick visual sorting. Teachers, office workers and travellers can use them to separate projects or subjects.

Lightweight plastic construction

The folders add only 0.52 inches of thickness per unit and produce no noise during handling. No power source is required and the material resists everyday wear without special cooling. The snap button keeps contents secure while allowing fast access. They are suitable for desk drawers, backpacks or briefcases where silent operation matters.

Fits standard Letter and A4 paper

Each folder accommodates at least 200 sheets so bulky files stay together without a binder. The transparent faces let you identify documents without opening the envelope. The label pocket accepts adhesive tags for further organisation. Buyers who need waterproof pouches, ring-binder compatibility or capacities beyond 200 sheets should consider other designs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the HU-08001 folders and what step is often missed?

Press the snap button firmly until it clicks to secure the closure; the label pocket on the front is easily overlooked but helps identify contents quickly.

What maintenance or replacement will the PP plastic envelopes need over time?

The snap button may loosen after repeated opening and closing; if it no longer holds, replace the folder as the plastic cannot be repaired.

What limit appears first when the HU-08001 folders are used heavily each day?

The 200-sheet capacity is reached before the .52-inch thickness bulges, so overfilling stresses the snap button and causes misfeeds.
