6-pack A4 document folders

The Hutou HU-587 set contains six plastic envelopes sized at 13.2 x 9.2 inches to fit US Letter and A4 paper. Each folder is made from durable PP material and comes in assorted transparent colours including blue, green, yellow, purple, rose and orange. A snap button closure keeps contents secure while a label pocket allows quick identification. The translucent design makes documents visible without opening the envelope.

Lightweight storage with secure closure

Weighing only a small amount, the folders add negligible bulk to a bag or drawer. The snap button operates silently and requires no power or maintenance. PP plastic resists moisture and tearing during daily handling. The slim 0.52 inch profile lets the envelopes stack neatly on a shelf or in a briefcase.

Fits binders, drawers and travel bags

The Letter-size dimensions suit standard ring binders and filing cabinets without forcing oversized sheets. Each envelope holds at least 200 sheets of paper, freeing desk space from loose stacks. The label pocket works with handwritten or printed tags for instant sorting. Not suited for buyers who need rigid board-backed folders or expandable gusseted capacity beyond the stated sheet count.

Questions about this item

How do I install the HU-587 folders into a binder, and what step is often missed?

These folders have an open design without punched holes, so they cannot be installed into a standard 3-ring binder. They are standalone snap-button envelopes for loose storage.

What maintenance or replacement will the snap buttons on the HU-587 need over time?

The plastic snap buttons may loosen or break after repeated opening and closing. If a button fails, the folder cannot securely close and should be replaced to protect the contents.

What limit appears first when the HU-587 folders are filled to capacity daily?

The 0.52-inch expansion depth limits each folder to roughly 200 sheets. Overfilling stresses the snap button and seams, causing the closure to fail before the PP plastic tears.
