CPU Intel Core i7-14700K
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080
Memory 32GB DDR5
Storage 2TB SSD
The Hyper Cyber Ultra X is a white gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i7-14700K processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card with 16GB GDDR6. It ships with 32GB DDR5-6400 memory and a 2TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 NVMe drive. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed on the 1000W 80+ Gold liquid-cooled system.
This configuration replaces an older rig that struggles at 1440p or higher refresh rates in modern titles. The jump is worth it when your current CPU limits frame rates in CPU-heavy scenes or when your GPU lacks the VRAM headroom for current texture packs. Builders who need more than 32GB RAM or additional drive bays should look elsewhere.
The platform uses a Z790 motherboard with an LGA1700 socket and PCIe 4.0 lanes for the primary NVMe slot and graphics card. CPU turbo reaches 5.50GHz with 28MB L2 and 33MB L3 cache. The 1000W power supply caps total system draw, so adding multiple high-wattage expansion cards is not supported.

Other versions of this model
The system is built around an MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI ATX motherboard with an LGA1700 socket, so the case must accommodate a full-size ATX board and the CPU cooler must mount to LGA1700.
The motherboard provides additional M.2-2280 slots for PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe drives; the step many people miss is removing the pre-installed M.2 heatsink screw before inserting the new drive and then re-securing it with the same screw.
The closed-loop cooler is sealed and maintenance-free for the warranty period; after several years you may need to replace the entire AIO unit if pump noise or CPU temperatures at 5.50GHz turbo rise noticeably.
