A hybrid KVM switch connects four computers — one USB-C laptop and three desktops with mixed DisplayPort and HDMI outputs — to two monitors at up to dual 4K 60 Hz, adds four USB 3.0 ports at 5 Gbps.
This KVM switch connects one USB-C laptop and three desktops to two monitors and four USB 3.0 peripherals. It accepts four mixed video input pairs simultaneously: USB-C, dual DisplayPort, DisplayPort plus HDMI, or dual HDMI. One-click switching shares the displays and devices across all four computers. Driver-free installation works with Windows, Mac OS, Linux and Chrome OS.
The unit replaces a basic two-port KVM when you need to manage four computers on dual screens without re-plugging cables. The jump is worth it when your workflow spans a laptop and multiple desktops and you require 4K 60 Hz on both monitors plus 5 Gbps peripheral throughput. It does not suit buyers who need more than four computer ports or more than two display outputs.
Dual 4K at 60 Hz is the maximum resolution and refresh rate the video inputs support. Higher refresh rates such as 120 Hz or 144 Hz are only available at 1440p or 1080p. The USB-C port provides up to 100 W power delivery for laptop charging while the switch is powered by the included 12 V adapter. EDID emulation can be toggled on or off via a dedicated dial to prevent window rearrangement during switching.

The switch provides one USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 cable, two USB 3.0 cables and a wired remote. You must supply two DisplayPort 1.4 cables and one USB 3.0 cable for PC2, one DisplayPort 1.4 cable, one HDMI 2.0 cable and one USB 3.0 cable for PC3, and two HDMI 2.0 cables plus one USB 3.0 cable for PC4.
Step 2 is frequently overlooked: you must plug the laptop's original 100W PD power cable into the "PC1-- PD/100W" port on the switch, otherwise the laptop will not charge while docked.
Enable the EDID dial if window layouts shift when you switch between the four computers; disable it if a display fails to detect its native 3840x2160@60Hz, 2560x1440@120Hz or 1920x1080@144Hz timing.
