Industrial fanless mini PC

The Inctel I11-8550U-321TB is a compact desktop computer built for industrial environments. Its fanless aluminium chassis dissipates heat silently and supports continuous 24-hour operation. An Intel Core i7-8550U processor with integrated UHD Graphics 620 drives the system. Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed.

Dual LAN and six serial ports

Two Intel i211 Gigabit Ethernet controllers provide redundant wired networking. Six COM ports handle RS232, RS422 and RS485 protocols with BIOS-selectable switching for the first two ports. Four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports connect peripherals. VGA and HDMI outputs drive two displays simultaneously.

32 GB DDR4 memory ceiling

A single SO-DIMM slot limits total memory to 32 GB DDR4, which this unit already populates. Storage uses one M.2 2280 SSD, one mSATA SSD and one 2.5-inch bay. Buyers needing more than 32 GB RAM or discrete graphics should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Does the fanless aluminium chassis need any periodic cleaning or thermal-paste replacement?

The I11-8550U-321TB uses a sealed fanless aluminium case that dissipates heat passively; no internal fans or thermal-paste servicing are required.

What limits continuous 24-hour operation — CPU throttling, storage writes or network throughput?

Under sustained load the Intel Core i7-8550U will hit its thermal ceiling first, triggering speed reduction before the 1 TB SSD or dual Intel I211 Gigabit ports saturate.

How much power does the 12 V 3 A adapter draw when the mini PC runs flat-out all day?

The external 12 V 3 A supply caps input at 36 W, so even at full CPU and I/O load the system cannot exceed that figure.
