Industrial mini PC for embedded workloads

The Inctel nettop computer is built around an Intel Core i3-8145U processor with 2 cores and 4 threads running at a base frequency of 2.1 GHz up to 3.9 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 1 TB SSD. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and the platform is Windows 11 ready. The fanless aluminium chassis is designed for continuous 24/7 operation in industrial environments.

Fanless cooling and 15 W TDP

A fanless design removes all moving parts so the system runs silently. The processor has a 15 W TDP which keeps power draw low during typical workloads. Passive cooling through the brushed aluminium alloy shell dissipates heat without noise. This makes the unit suitable for noise-sensitive locations that require uninterrupted uptime.

Dual display output via HDMI and VGA

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives both an HDMI port and a VGA port simultaneously for dual-monitor configurations. This specific video-output combination decides whether the box fits a given signage or control-room setup. Buyers who need additional video outputs or a different connector mix should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How do I mount this fanless mini PC on a wall, and what screw length mistake do installers make?

The unit includes long mounting screws for wall installation; the common error is using screws that are too short to engage the threaded holes in the aluminium chassis.

Which storage slots may need a drive added later, and what type does each take?

The board provides one M.2 2280 NVMe slot, one mSATA slot and one 2.5-inch SATA bay; the 1 TB drive occupies the NVMe slot, leaving the other two for future expansion.

What thermal limit appears first during continuous 24/7 operation?

The Intel Core i3-8145U runs at a 15 W TDP in a fanless aluminium case, so sustained heavy loads will hit the CPU thermal throttle point before any other component.
