Ultra-thin Cat6a cable for dense racks

This 3 ft Intellinet Cat6a patch cord uses a slim U/UTP construction that eases routing in crowded cabinets and around tight corners. Stranded 30 AWG pure copper conductors keep the cable flexible while gold-plated RJ45 contacts resist corrosion. Snag-free boots protect the latch during frequent moves, and the gray jacket is colour-coded for both T568A and T568B wiring schemes.

Cat6a Class EA limits at 500 MHz

Certified to ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173-1 Class EA, the cable supports 10 Gbps signalling up to 500 MHz on unshielded twisted pairs. U/UTP design means there is no foil or braid, so alien crosstalk performance relies on the installer maintaining proper bend radius and separation from power cables in high-density bundles.

10 Gbps and PoE++ headroom

The 100 % bare copper core delivers full 10 Gbps throughput for runs within the Cat6a channel distance and carries PoE++ loads up to IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 without overheating. For links longer than the standard channel allowance or for environments with heavy electromagnetic interference, a shielded or larger-gauge alternative would be required.
