Ten-pack 5 ft Cat8.1 cables

This ten-pack supplies ten 5 ft white Cat8.1 U/FTP patch cables terminated with RJ45 connectors on both ends. Each cable uses 30 AWG stranded bare copper conductors and 50 micro-inch gold-plated contacts for corrosion-free connections. Snag-free boots protect the connectors during repeated insertion and removal. The ultra-thin profile simplifies routing in dense racks and tight spaces.

Sustained 40 Gbps at 2 GHz

The Cat8.1 Class I construction supports 40 Gbps and 25 Gbps data rates with a 2000 MHz bandwidth rating per ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173-1. Aluminum foil shielding around each twisted pair maintains signal integrity under continuous high-frequency load. Pure bare copper conductors ensure stable conductivity for prolonged PoE++ and 4PPoE power delivery up to IEEE 802.3bt limits.

Replaces bulkier Cat6a or Cat7 runs

Upgrading from thicker Category 6a or Category 7 patch cords frees airflow in crowded cabinets and eases cable management in Top-of-Rack and Middle-of-Row layouts. The jump is worthwhile when 25GBase-T or 40GBase-T links are required and space for cable bundles is limited. It does not suit installations needing longer individual runs or outdoor-rated jackets.
