Compact 2U rackmount chassis

The iStarUSA D-200SEA-BK-HDD2535 is a 2U server rackmount chassis built from 1.2mm SECC zinc-coated steel with an aluminium front bezel. It accepts ATX and microATX motherboards up to 12 x 9.6 inches and includes an internal 2.5 to 3.5 inch drive converter. Three expansion slots support PCI, PCI-X, AGP or PCI-Express add-on cards.

Suited for space-limited server builds

This chassis fits builders who need a short-depth 2U enclosure with front USB 2.0 ports, a key-locked bezel and status LEDs for power, drive activity, temperature and fan status. It is not for installations requiring more than three low-profile expansion cards or drives beyond the two 3.5 inch and two 5.25 inch bays provided.

Straightforward rack installation

The unit mounts in a standard 19 inch rack using the included handles and occupies 3.5 inches of vertical space. A single 80 mm fan is fitted as standard; three optional 60 mm fan positions require the DD-FANGUARD-6 bracket. Temperature and fan monitoring need the separate TC-ISF08 sensor board, which is a common oversight.
