24" sliding rail kit for rackmount chassis

The iStarUSA TC-RPSL24 is a sliding rail kit built from 1.2mm SECC steel. It fits most rackmount chassis and installs in cabinets with a depth between 24 and 39 inches. The rails adjust from 24 to 48 inches in length. An L-shaped bracket measuring 12 inches is included for secure mounting.

Solid ball bearings with three lockable stages

Solid ball bearing slides provide smooth extension under a load rating up to 85 lbs. Three temporary lockable stages hold the chassis in position during installation or maintenance. The adjustable length accommodates varying cabinet depths without binding. Steel construction resists flex when the chassis is fully extended.

Verify cabinet depth and chassis weight before

Confirm your cabinet depth falls within the 24 to 39 inch supported range. Ensure the chassis weight does not exceed the 85 lb load rating. Check that the 12 inch L-bracket clears any rear cable management or power distribution units. The kit mounts to standard rack posts; no proprietary hole patterns are required.
