15U Wallmount Server Rack

This 15U wallmount server rack holds standard 19-inch equipment in an open-frame design made from cold-rolled steel. It is intended for small offices, research labs or similar environments that need accessible, wall-mounted server storage. The adjustable depth accommodates both shallow and deep devices. A 2U cable management panel is included.

Installation Checks

Verify that the mounting surface can support the combined weight of the rack and installed hardware. Confirm the available wall space matches the external dimensions of 29.4 inches high, 20.9 inches wide and 19.7 inches deep. Ensure the adjustable depth range suits the length of your deepest 19-inch device. Assembly is required before mounting.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The open-frame construction allows unrestricted airflow from room or central air conditioning, so internal temperatures remain stable during continuous operation. Cold-rolled steel maintains structural rigidity when fully populated with 15U of equipment. The included 2U cable manager keeps routing orderly over long-term use.

Questions about this item

Does the WOM1580-CM2U ship with mounting hardware or do I need to buy bolts separately?

The package contains the rack frame and one 2U cable management bar; wall-mounting bolts and cage nuts for 19-inch equipment are not included.

How do I decide between the 15U height and a taller cabinet for my 800mm deep gear?

This model provides 15U of vertical space and an adjustable depth up to 800mm, so choose it when your device count fits within 15 rack units and you need the full depth range.

What does the 19.7-inch depth figure mean once the rack is on the wall?

The frame extends 19.7 inches from the wall, giving you that much front-to-rear clearance for 19-inch servers and network equipment.
