Connects two HDMI sources to one display with 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz via 48Gbps bandwidth
This Jansicotek switcher connects two HDMI 2.1 sources to a single 8K display. It suits home-theatre owners who alternate between a games console and a media streamer. The unit accepts 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz signals. A USB power cable is included for mandatory external power.
The switch maintains the full 48 Gbps bandwidth during extended viewing or gaming sessions because it draws continuous power from the supplied USB cable. Without that power the signal path remains inactive, so there is no handshake drop-out after the initial burst. Indicator LEDs confirm which port is live at all times.
This device only routes two sources toward one screen; it cannot send one source to two displays. Buyers needing a matrix or a splitter for dual monitors must choose a different topology. The mechanical button toggles the active input in roughly one second.

The unit has no fan and draws power only through the included USB-A-to-Micro-B cable, so it runs silently and stays cool during continuous use.
You need three HDMI 2.1 cables — two from your sources to the switch inputs and one from the switch output to your display — plus a free USB-A port or charger to power the included USB cable.
Yes, the switcher is backward compatible with earlier HDMI standards, so it will pass the 4K@60 Hz signal on one port and the 8K@60 Hz signal on the other without conflict.
