This Jansicotek A0201 switch handles two DisplayPort sources and one display, or one source and two displays. It serves users who need to toggle between a desktop and a laptop on a single monitor, or switch a PC between a monitor and a projector. Only one output is active at a time.

One input and two outputs

The unit provides one DisplayPort female input and two DisplayPort female outputs in a compact black enclosure. A USB power cable is required for operation, and total cable length between the switch and connected devices should not exceed two metres. No simultaneous dual-display output is supported.

Passive cooling with manual switching

The switch draws power from the included USB cable and runs without a fan, so it adds no audible noise to the setup. Pressing the Select button changes the active path and lights a blue indicator. Power consumption stays low because the device only routes the DisplayPort signal up to 40 Gbps.
