Dual-monitor DisplayPort splitter

The Jansicotek OZFD takes a single DisplayPort source and feeds two DisplayPort displays at once. It supports extended or mirrored desktop modes and works with Windows, Linux and macOS without driver installation. An external 5V/2A power adapter and USB-C power cable are included.

MST bandwidth and cable reach

Multi-Stream Transport allows independent content on each screen up to 3840x2160@120Hz while the total link runs at 32.4Gbps. The unit can drive a 10 metre DisplayPort cable on either output, giving flexibility for desk or conference-room layouts. Most integrated graphics processors will only mirror across both outputs.

Resolution headroom and limits

The highest single-stream timing is 3840x2160@144Hz, with full backward compatibility down to 1080p. MST mode tops out at 3840x2160@120Hz per display, so dual 144Hz 4K panels cannot run independently. Buyers needing higher refresh rates on two screens simultaneously should look elsewhere.
