One-to-Three Optical Audio Splitter

The Jansicotek OZG1 takes a single SPDIF Toslink input and distributes it to three optical outputs. It is built for installations that need the same digital audio stream sent to multiple receivers such as soundbars, AV amplifiers or recording devices. A USB power cable is included so the active splitter can retime and boost the signal without an external wall adapter.

Bundled Cable and Power Lead

The package supplies one optical fibre cable and a USB power lead alongside the splitter and a user manual. The cable lets you connect the input source immediately while the USB lead draws 5 V from any convenient port, removing the need for a separate power brick. Both accessories are matched to the splitter’s 100 mA maximum working current.

Format Support and Distance Headroom

The unit handles LPCM 2.0, DTS and Dolby AC3 streams at up to 16 Mbps with a 650 nm peak wavelength. Signal retiming keeps the output stable over fibre runs of 40 metres when cable loss stays below 0.2 dB per metre. It does not decode multichannel formats beyond the listed standards, so systems requiring Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master Audio pass-through will need a different solution.
