Digital audio converter with 192 kHz DAC

The Jansicotek OZHL2 converts coaxial, Toslink and USB digital signals into stereo analogue output through RCA and 3.5 mm sockets. It accepts PCM and LPCM formats at 32, 44.1, 48, 96 and 192 kHz with 24-bit depth. A built-in headphone amplifier delivers 125 mW per channel into 32 ohms and supports headphones from 32 to 600 ohms. Power is supplied via the included USB cable.

Passive cooling with no audible noise

The unit has no fan and draws power only from the USB connection, so it adds no measurable heat or noise to a system. Volume and bass are adjusted with front-panel knobs, and an IR remote is included for convenience. Because it handles only two-channel PCM and LPCM, multi-channel formats such as 5.1 Dolby AC3 are not supported.

Connects legacy and modern sources to analogue gear

Use the optical, coaxial or USB input to feed a PC, PS3, PS4, Blu-ray player or Sky HD box into an amplifier or powered speakers that lack digital inputs.
