This JG MAKER PLA Pro (PLA+) spool is a 1.75 mm material supplied in a 1 kg vacuum-sealed pack with desiccant. It is manufactured with full mechanical winding and manual inspection to be clog-free, bubble-free and tangle-free. The formulation is harder and tougher than standard PLA for improved layer adhesion and a higher print success rate.

Upgrade from standard PLA

The tighter ±0.02 mm dimensional accuracy reduces extruder skipping and surface artefacts compared with looser-tolerance PLA. Switching is worthwhile when you need stronger functional parts or consistent results on long, unattended prints. It is not suited for applications that demand high-temperature resistance or specialised engineering-grade polymers.

Recommended nozzle temperatures of 200 to 210 °C and bed temperatures of 50 to 60 °C keep flow stable over extended runs.
