This buck converter steps a wide DC input range of 8 to 35 volts down to a stable 9 volt output at 2 amps, delivering up to 18 watts. Natural cooling with aluminium case
The module relies on natural convection through its aluminium housing, which measures 35 by 26 by 21 millimetres. Conversion efficiency reaches over 95 percent maximum, so heat generation stays low during normal operation. Built-in safeguards include over-current, over-temperature, reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection, plus waterproof, dust-proof and shock-proof sealing.
Pre-wired leads with mounting holes
The unit ships with 13 to 14 centimetre input and output cables already terminated: red and black for input, yellow and black for output. Two mounting holes spaced 41 millimetres apart with a 4 millimetre diameter allow secure panel or chassis fixation without additional hardware.
