KICKER KB6B 2-Way Indoor Outdoor Speakers 2 Pair

Two-pair indoor/outdoor speaker bundle

This bundle supplies two pairs of KICKER KB6B 2-way full-range speakers built for patios, garages, poolside areas and indoor rooms. Each enclosure uses a 6.5-inch woofer and dual 5-inch horn tweeters to deliver the brand's signature sound in open or covered spaces. The weatherproof dual-enclosure design handles moisture and temperature swings so the system works year-round on decks, under eaves, in workshops or on boats and RVs. Included universal brackets allow vertical or horizontal mounting on almost any flat surface.

75 watts continuous, 150 watts peak power handling

The speakers present an 8-ohm load compatible with home stereo receivers or car-audio amplifiers. They handle 75 watts of continuous power and 150 watts peak, giving ample headroom for background music and moderate listening levels. At higher output the 6.5-inch polypropylene cones and Santoprene surrounds reach their mechanical limits, so very large outdoor areas or reference-level volumes will exceed the comfort zone. The high-efficiency design keeps output clean within the rated power band.

8-ohm nominal impedance

The 8-ohm nominal impedance is the single specification that decides whether this is the right part, because it must match the amplifier's rated load for safe, full-power operation. If your receiver or amplifier specifies a 4-ohm minimum load, these speakers will not draw the current the amp expects and maximum output will be lower. Conversely, amplifiers rated only for 8 ohms or higher will drive the KB6B safely to its 75-watt continuous rating.
