7-in-1 Portable CD Player

The Leapwell L-CD202 is a compact desktop and portable CD player that handles standard CDs, CD-R and CD-RW discs plus MP3 and WMA files. It adds Bluetooth receive and transmit modes, FM radio, USB playback, AUX input, AB repeat and an optical output so one device covers multiple listening scenarios.

Bluetooth Transmit Limitation

Bluetooth transmit lets you send audio to external headphones or speakers, but the player cannot stream audio from a phone to its own speakers while simultaneously forwarding that signal to another Bluetooth device. The single radio handles one active link at a time, so you choose either receive or transmit for each session.

4.5-Hour Battery Runtime

A built-in 4000mAh battery delivers about 4.5 hours of playback per charge and recharges in roughly three hours from a 5V-2A adapter. Buyers who need all-day portable operation without access to mains power will find the runtime insufficient.

Questions about this item

Which of the 7 playback modes on the L-CD202 should I pick for everyday listening?

The L-CD202 offers CD Play, Bluetooth, FM Radio, USB, AUX, AB Repeat and Optical Mode; choose CD Play for discs, Bluetooth for phone streaming, FM for live radio, USB for MP3 files, AUX for wired devices, AB Repeat for practice loops, and Optical Mode to send digital audio to an external DAC or amplifier.

What does the 4000 mAh battery actually deliver in daily use?

The 4000 mAh battery gives about 4.5 hours of playback and recharges in roughly 3 hours with a 5 V 2 A adapter; you can keep listening while it charges, though unplugging when idle preserves long-term health.

How does the 3.5 mm jack and Bluetooth transmit mode work together for private listening?

Plug wired headphones into the 3.5 mm jack for zero-latency monitoring, or pair Bluetooth headphones using the transmit mode to cut the cord completely; both routes let you hear the same CD, FM, USB or AUX source without disturbing others.
