Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny All-in-One

This Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny is a 24 inch all-in-one desktop that integrates the display and components into a compact micro form factor chassis. It runs on an 8th generation Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor with 12 MB cache and a 65 W TDP. The system includes 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 3.5 inch 1 TB hard drive for storage. Windows 11 Pro comes pre-installed along with a USB keyboard and mouse.

Suits space-constrained offices

The integrated design saves desk space and simplifies setup for administrative tasks, web browsing and document work. The DVD-ROM drive provides legacy media access when required. Buyers who want more storage capacity or faster solid-state performance should look at other configurations. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics and fixed 8 GB memory limit suitability for demanding creative or engineering workloads.

8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor

The six-core, twelve-thread CPU operates at a 3.20 GHz base frequency and can reach 4.60 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology. This processor determines the system's ability to handle multi-threaded applications and everyday multitasking. The 65 watt power envelope fits the tiny chassis thermal design. All other specifications scale around this processor choice.

Questions about this item

What does the i7-8700's 4.6 GHz turbo speed actually deliver inside this Tiny chassis?

The 6-core, 12-thread processor reaches 4.6 GHz on short bursts, giving snappy response for office suites and light creative work while the 65 W limit keeps thermals manageable in the compact case.

Which video interface does the integrated Intel UHD Graphics expose for a second monitor?

The unit provides DisplayPort and HDMI outputs on the rear I/O panel, each able to drive an additional display up to 4K at 60 Hz alongside the built-in 24-inch panel.

What mounting options exist for the M720q Tiny behind the included 24-inch screen?

A VESA mount bracket is available separately that lets the Tiny PC attach directly to the 100 × 100 mm VESA holes on the monitor stand, creating a clean all-in-one footprint.
