Compact All-in-One for Office Work

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny combines a 24-inch FHD IPS display with an 8th Gen Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor running up to 4.1 GHz. It ships with 32 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB 2.5-inch SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate deployment.

65 W Processor in a Micro Chassis

The 65 W CPU is cooled inside the micro form-factor case without a large radiator. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics keep the thermal load modest during typical productivity tasks. A USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle provides wireless connectivity without internal antennas.

USB Keyboard and Mouse Included

Wired Lenovo keyboard and mouse connect through standard USB ports, so no pairing or batteries are required. The built-in DVD-ROM drive reads legacy media. The package omits a second storage drive, so users needing more capacity must add their own.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 32 GB DDR4 memory in the Tiny chassis, and which step do people get wrong?

The unit uses 240-pin DDR4 UDIMM slots inside the micro case; the common mistake is not seating both latches fully until they click.

What maintenance or replacement will the 2.5" 256 GB SSD and optical drive need later?

The SSD has no moving parts but may wear after heavy write cycles; the DVD-ROM tray can collect dust and eventually fail to eject.

What limit appears first on the Intel UHD Graphics when driving the 24" FHD IPS panel under sustained load?

The integrated GPU shares system memory and hits thermal throttling before the 65 W processor reaches its 4.1 GHz turbo.
