Compact All-in-One for Everyday Business

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny combines a 22-inch FHD IPS display with an 8th-generation Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor reaching 4.10 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 memory, a 1 TB 3.5-inch hard drive and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. The micro form factor saves desk space while including a USB keyboard and mouse.

Integrated Peripherals and Connectivity

A USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle provides 5 GHz-capable wireless networking without relying on internal antennas. The built-in DVD-ROM drive handles legacy media and software installation. Wired USB keyboard and mouse are included so the system is ready to use immediately after unboxing.

1 TB Storage and 8 GB Memory Headroom

The 1 TB hard drive holds large document libraries and local backups for typical office workloads. 8 GB of DDR4 supports smooth multitasking across browser tabs, email and productivity suites. Memory can be expanded up to 32 GB for heavier datasets, while the single drive bay limits internal storage expansion without external solutions.

Questions about this item

Can the 8 GB DDR4 memory be expanded later?

The system supports up to 32 GB of DDR4 UDIMM across two slots, so you can add or replace modules up to that limit.

What limits sustained performance first — the 65 W processor or the cooling?

The Intel Core i5-8500 is rated at 65 W, so its thermal design power is the primary ceiling under continuous load.

How loud and hot does the Tiny chassis get when running all day?

The compact micro form factor relies on a small internal fan; expect noticeable airflow noise and warm exhaust during extended use.
