Compact business desktop

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q is a micro-form-factor desktop built around a 65 W Intel Core i5-8500 hexa-core processor reaching 4.1 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR4 UDIMM memory and a 2.5" 1 TB solid-state drive. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and a USB keyboard and mouse are included.

Office deployments and light workloads

This unit suits offices that need a space-saving PC for document editing, web apps and video calls. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics and single DVD-ROM drive limit its fit for 3D rendering, modern gaming or multi-monitor arrays beyond basic display output. Buyers who want more storage bays, discrete graphics or user-upgradeable graphics should look at something else.

Ready-to-use peripherals and connectivity

The bundled USB keyboard and mouse remove the need for separate accessory orders during rollout. A USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth dongle adds 5 GHz wireless capability where the chassis lacks integrated antennas. Windows 10 Pro enables domain join and BitLocker without extra licensing steps.
