Compact business desktop with dual storage

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720q Tiny is a micro-form-factor desktop powered by an 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8700 hexa-core processor reaching 4.60 GHz. It ships with 16 GB DDR4 memory, a 256 GB M.2 SSD for the operating system and a 1 TB hard drive for bulk storage. Windows 11 Pro, a USB keyboard and a USB mouse are included.

Buyers needing discrete graphics

This system uses integrated Intel UHD Graphics and fits the Tiny chassis, so it cannot accept a dedicated graphics card or full-size add-in cards. Buyers who need more than 16 GB of memory should note the supplier specification mentions support up to 32 GB DDR4, but the unit arrives with 16 GB installed. It suits office productivity, video conferencing and multi-monitor setups.

Processor determines performance ceiling

The Intel Core i7-8700 delivers six cores and twelve threads with a 65 W TDP and 12 MB cache, setting the limit for compute-heavy tasks such as large spreadsheets, light virtualization or code compilation. Wireless connectivity is provided by a USB 5 GHz-capable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dongle. A DVD-ROM drive is also fitted.
