Tower desktop for everyday work

The Lenovo ThinkCentre M720t is a tower-form desktop built around an Intel Core i5-8500 six-core processor running at 3.00 GHz base and 4.10 GHz turbo. It ships with 8GB DDR4 memory, a 1TB SSD and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630 drives DisplayPort outputs for one or more monitors, and built-in Wi-Fi handles wireless connectivity.

Buyers needing a ready-to-use office or home PC

This system suits users who want a complete bundle with wireless keyboard and mouse included for general productivity, web browsing and video calls. It is not for buyers who need discrete graphics performance for 3D rendering or gaming, nor for those who require more than 8GB of memory or additional storage bays without upgrading themselves.

Sustained load on integrated graphics

Under continuous multi-threaded workloads the six cores maintain clock speeds near the 3.00 GHz base, while the UHD 630 iGPU shares system memory and thermal budget with the CPU. Extended heavy compute tasks will see the processor settle at its rated base frequency rather than the 4.10 GHz turbo, and graphics-intensive loads are limited by the shared-memory architecture of the integrated solution.
