What the laptop is

The Lenovo ThinkPad E14 Gen 2 20TA009AUS is a 14.0 inch business laptop running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit. It uses an Intel Core i5-1135G7 quad-core processor with 8 MB L3 cache and a 2.40 GHz base frequency. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics share the 8 GB system memory. The 256 GB PCIe SSD provides the primary storage.

What to verify before ordering

Confirm that Windows 10 Pro 64-bit meets your software licensing and security requirements. The 8 GB memory is soldered and cannot be upgraded later. The non-touch 1920 x 1080 IPS panel covers 100% sRGB at 300 nits brightness. Buyers who need more storage or user-replaceable RAM should consider a different configuration.

Thermals noise and power in normal use

The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics keep heat output moderate during typical office workloads. Fan noise stays low for document editing and web browsing on the 14.0 inch chassis. The 2.40 GHz base clock and shared video memory limit sustained performance during heavy rendering. Power draw remains modest with the 64-bit operating system and solid-state storage.
